With
not much of introduction toady I am going to share a very simple, quick and
super healthy cucumber & bell pepper salad.
Here’s
how to make Cucumber & Bell pepper Salad...
Ingredients
Cucumber
|
1 big finely chopped
|
Bell pepper/Capsicum
|
1 big finely chopped
|
Tomatoes
|
2 or 3 chopped or cut lengthwise
|
Salt
|
As needed
|
Black pepper powder
|
¼ tsp
|
Garam masala powder [optional]
|
1/8th tsp
|
Cilantro/Coriander leaves
|
1 tsp finely chopped
|
Preparation
time: 5 minutes
Method
Wash the
vegetables [cucumber, capsicum, Tomatoes] thoroughly with water.
Cut all
the vegetables, add it to a bowl, add black pepper powder, garam masala powder,
cilantro, salt and mix thoroughly.
Serve
this healthy and filling Cucumber & Bell pepper as appetizer or as mid-morning
snack for kids.
