Tomato Oats Soup

Tomato & Oats soup is one healthy soup with all the benefits of tomatoes and oats packed together is one single bowl. Just try it out guys, it is very filling and totally delectable.

Here's how to make Tomato & Oats Soup....




Ingredients

Big Tomatoes                                   3
Carrot                                                1
Garlic                                                 4-5 cloves
Oats                                                    2-3 Tbsp
Green chilli                                        1
Salt



Method
  • Cook the carrots, tomatoes, garlic and chilli in a pressure cooker with sufficient water and salt.
  • Blend the boiled veggies in a blender to make a smooth puree. Use the water you cooked the veggies, do not discard the water.
  • put the mixture on stove and wait till starts to boil. Add the oats to it and allow it to cook. Allow the soup to thicken until the required consistency. 
  • Adjust the salt and serve it with hot toasted bread. 
Now your yummy healthy and a very filling tomato oats soup is ready. Do try it out, you will surely fall in love with it....
