Egg
Dosa is a
very quick and healthy breakfast. This can be especially given for kids who don’t
eat eggs and loves to eat dosa. My husband and my daughter loves eggs, so I try to give it in different forms as much as possible. Meanwhile do check out other interesting and healthy Breakfast

Here’s
how to make Egg Dosa with step by step photos...
Dosa batter 2 cups
Egg 1
Onion 1
small chopped finely
Green
chillies 1
chopped finely
Black
pepper powder ¼ tsp
Salt as
needed

Method
Method
In a
bowl whisk the egg really good, now add the pepper powder and salt and mix it
real good. Now keep this aside.
Heat
the dosa tawa in the stove, pour one big
ladle of batter on it. Make a thin dosa.
Now
sprinkle the onions and green chillies over the batter, now with the spoon add
the mixture all over the dosa and spread it. Add few drops of oil all over the edges or you
can use non-stick spray.
Cook on
both sides evenly and yummy “EGG DOSA” is ready to be served.
This
dosa does not need any side dish, but can be had with milagai podi.
Note:
Green chillies and onions are totally optional, if you don’t have time for
chopping you can very well skip it.
