Pancakes
are easy and quick breakfast to make. This is one yummy breakfast that has
nutty taste and banana in it. It is healthy, nutritious and a filling
breakfast.

purpose flour 1

Baking
powder 1

Sugar 2

mashed [small]

Method
In a
big bowl mix all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together [dry
ingredients].
If
using egg (optional) beat it separately, add milk, canola oil, vanilla extract, mashed banana and peanut butter[wet ingredients] and mix it together.
Note: Here I have not added egg.

Now mix
the dry ingredients with wet ingredients, the batter should not be too thin or
too thick.
Now make
small pancakes like dosa’s. Make sure the stove is in medium flame. Cook the
pancakes to golden brown with butter or oil.
Now yummy "peanut butter & banana pancake" is ready to be served. Serve
it hot with maple syrup or honey and a small slice of butter.
