Raspberry Pancake Recipe/Raspberry Pancake/How to make Raspberry Pancake with step by step photos/Easy Pancake Recipes

The first time, I had my pancake was in IHOP restaurant (USA). My husband took me to ihop the very next day I landed there. It is almost 10 years now and still, I cannot forget those wonderful moments. They had all kind of pancakes with different fruits and lots of other choices. I was leaning towards the strawberry pancakes. Here I have replaced it with raspberries. This was one among them…

Here's how to make Raspberry Pancake with step by step photos...

[ The butter started to melt as it was piping hot]

Ingredients
All purpose flour                            1 cup
Milk                                                   1 cup
Baking powder                               1 tsp
Sugar                                                            2 tsp
Salt                                                    ¼ tsp
Raspberries                                     1 cup
Butter/Oil                                        1 tsp
Egg                                                    1 [optional]
Vanilla Essence                              ¼ tsp

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

In a deep bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt together. Now add the milk, vanilla essence and raspberries.

I have not used eggs, if you want to use it beat it separately and add it to the above mix.

Now make small pancakes in tawa, cook on both sides evenly to golden brown. Cook it with either oil or butter. Keep the stove only in medium or low flame.

Yummy Raspberry pancakes are ready to be served.

Serve it with a maple syrup or honey, a dollop of fresh cream and a slice of butter.
