(USA). My husband took me to ihop the very next day I landed there. It is
almost 10 years now and still, I cannot forget those wonderful moments. They had
all kind of pancakes with different fruits and lots of other choices. I was
leaning towards the strawberry pancakes. Here I have replaced it with
raspberries. This was one among them…

[ The butter started to melt as it was piping hot]
All purpose flour 1
cup
Milk 1
cup
Baking powder 1
tsp
Sugar 2
tsp
Salt ¼
tsp
Raspberries 1
cup
Butter/Oil 1
tsp
Egg 1
[optional]
Vanilla Essence ¼
tsp
Preparation Time: 5-7 minutes

Method
In a deep bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt
together. Now add the milk, vanilla essence and raspberries.
I have not used eggs, if you want to use it beat it separately
and add it to the above mix.
Now make small pancakes in tawa, cook on both sides evenly
to golden brown. Cook it with either oil or butter. Keep the stove only in
medium or low flame.
Yummy Raspberry pancakes are ready to be served.
Serve it with a maple syrup or honey, a dollop of fresh
cream and a slice of butter.
