Ingredients
Chicken
500 gm
Onion
2 diced
Green chillies
4 slit
Garlic
5 cloves
Ginger
1 inch piece
Chilli powder
1 tbsp
Coriander powder
2 tsp
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Cinnamon sticks
2
Cloves
2
Fennel seeds
½ tsp
Bay leaves
2
Coriander leaves
2 tsp chopped
Oil
2 tsp

Method
Clean, cut and wash the chicken in to medium size pieces.

Grind onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger and 1 tsp of coriander leaves together and keep it aside.

In a kadai heat oil, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves and fennel seeds and sauté for 30 sec’s.

Now add the ground paste and sauté until the raw smell of the onions go away. Now add the chicken pieces and sauté until the pink color changes to white.

Now add the chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix it really well. Sprinkle some water and cook the chicken until soft. Fry the chicken until oil separates out and chicken is well coated with masala.


Yes, now yummy “simple & quick chicken fry” is ready to be served.
