Hi everybody, I'am back with wonderful, all time romantic dessert "TIRAMISU". I hope you all agree. Since this is Feb and Valentine'day arriving, I thought you can "wow" your loved ones with a loving Tiramisu. It's a Italian dessert usually made with eggs and alcohol. Here I'am giving you tiramisu with no eggs and no alcohol. This is one of the dishes which involves no cooking and no baking. I have given step by step instructions with photos.

In a separate bowl add the mascarpone cheese and mix to make it soft. In another big bowl add the double cream and start whisking it. After two mins add the vanilla essence and castor sugar. Keep whisking. Now add the mascarpone cheese and whisk for at least 10 min or until it can form a nice dollop of cream as shown in the photo.
In the square bowl arrange the sponge fingers, sugar facing upwards as shown in the photo.
Mix the instant coffee in hot water and spoon over the sponge fingers.
Now spoon the cream over the sponge fingers evenly.
Next arrange the second layer of sponge fingers. Again spoon the coffee all over the sponge and the finally finish it off with cream evenly.

you are done.
