how to make “Guacamole” with step by step photos…
Ingredients
Avacado
|

Onion
|
1 big finely chopped
|
Tomato
|
1 finely chopped
|
Serrano Peppers or Green chillies
|
4 finely chopped
|
Garlic cloves
|
4 finely chopped
|
Lemon or lime
|
Juice of ½ fruit
|
Cilantro
|
2 tbsp finely chopped
|
Black pepper powder
|
A dash of it
|
Salt
|
As needed
|

Method
Cut
avocados in half, remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado from the peel using a
spoon and put it in a mixing bowl.
Mash
the avocados with the spoon. Add rest of all the ingredients mentioned above
except tomatoes. Mix it really good, adjust the chillies according to your
required taste. Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator. Add tomatoes only
before serving.
Yummy guacamole
is ready to be served.
Guacomole
can be served with tortilla chips, can be filled in wraps along with chicken or
beans.
