Add all

and keep it aside for at least 20 to 30 min.
In a
kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds, after it splutters add cumin seeds, urad
dhal, curry leaves and sauté until the dhal turns to golden brown color.
Now add
the marinated potatoes along with the entire yogurt and cook them for about 3-4
min in high flame. When the oil starts to separate out reduce the flame to low
and roast the potatoes until done. Be careful not to break the potatoes when
tossing them.
Finally
garnish with kasthuri methi leaves and cilantro give a good stir and switch off the stove.

wow perfectly done potato fry...truly tempting..
ReplyDeleteLove your potato fry. looks yum
ReplyDeleteWow perfect snack or side and love the taste.
