Oats & Mango Smoothie

Oats & Mango Smoothie, here’s another healthy breakfast smoothie. Delightful, quick and filling drink to keep your day going. So why not start your day with a healthy smoothie...

Here's how to make it...

Ingredients

Oats
½ cup
Mango
1 cup (chopped) or canned pulp – ½ cup
Milk
1  cup
Yogurt
2 tbsp
Honey
¼  tsp
Almond flakes
10 (or) 2 blanched almonds
Cardamom powder
One pinch
Pistas
2 just to garnish

Method

Soak the oats in water for 1o min and cook the oats in ¼ of milk. Cool it and add it to the mixer.

Cut the mango and get the flesh part alone. Add mango slices, yogurt, rest of the milk, honey, almonds, cardamom powder and blend really well until smooth.


The smoothie will have thick consistency; you can add more milk if you want. Finally garnish with pistas and enjoy it.
