Here’s
how to make it with photos…
Ingredients
Small apples
|
2
|
Banana (medium size)
|
1
|
Cinnamon powder
|
½ tsp
|
Cold Milk
|
2 cups
|
Sugar (optional)
|
3 tsp
|

Method
Wash,
Peel and core the apple. Cut them in to small pieces. Cut the banana to bite
size pieces.
Blend
the apples, banana, cinnamon powder to make a paste, then add milk and blend until
smooth.
I did
not add sugar, if you want add it according to your taste.
Pour it
in glass and serve it either cold or immediately.
