Here’s
how to make Pan Fried Brinjal with step by step photos…
Ingredients
Eggplant/Big Brinjal

Ginger & Garlic paste
|
½ tsp
|
Red chilli powder
|
1 tsp
|
Coriander powder
|
2 tsp
|
Turmeric powder
|
¼ tsp
|
Cumin powder
|
¼ tsp
|
Garam masala powder
|
½ tsp
|
Corn flour
|
½ tsp
|
Lemon juice
|
2 tsp
|
Salt
|
As needed
|
Oil
|
For frying the egg plants
|
Method
Wash
the brinjal and cut it into round slices, it should not be too thick nor too
thin and keep it aside.
Mix all
the ingredients mentioned above except brinjal and salt in bowl with little
water to make the masala.
Now dip
the egg plant pieces in the mixed masala on both the sides and marinate for 15
-20 min.
Heat a
non-stick tawa, add some oil and arrange 4 or 5 pieces of brinjal and cook in a
medium flame. Cook on both sides equally until golden brown.
Yummy
and delicious pan fried eggplant/brinjal is ready to enjoyed. Serve it as side
dish for rice.
