how to make Paneer Bhurji with step by step photos…
Ingredients

Turmeric

Method
Shred
the paneer in blender or grate it in the grater. I just chopped the paneer with
a knife to very fine pieces.
Heat
oil in a kadai add cumin seeds followed by onion and sauté until transparent.
Add ginger & garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes off.
Add
the green chillies, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and saute until soft.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and stir really well until raw smell goes off.
Add
the chopped paneer and stir well until all the masala blends well for about 4-5
min.
Finally
add the coriander leaves and stir well for about a min. Now switch off the
stove.
Serve
the paneer bhurji hot with wedge of lemon. So
why do you have to wait, just enjoy…
