Method
Clean
the chicken really good. Cut it in to long strips as shown in the photo. Wash
really good and drain all the water.
Grind
all the ingredients mentioned in the table above in to a fine paste. Frist
grind the cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, Bengal gram dal, coconut for 2-3 min.
Then add rest of all the ingredients, little water and grind it to fine paste.
Add the
ground paste, salt to the chicken strips and mix it well. Now refrigerate it
for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Heat
about 2 to 3 tsp of oil in the tawa or pan and place the chicken pieces and fry
them on both sides until they turn brown and well done.
Super
delicious chicken tawa/pan fry is ready.
Cook
rest of the chicken in batches and serve them hot with a wedge of lemon.
Suggestions:
Be
careful when grinding do not add more water, then the masala won’t stick with
the chicken.
Fry the
chicken only in small batches may about 6 – 7 pieces in the tawa/pan, do not
overcrowd it.
