Grape Juice Popsicle/Kuchi Ice/Ice Lolly

We all love popsicles, it brings back lot of memories for everyone. It has different names in different countries like Popsicle/Ice pop in USA, Ice lolly in UK, Kuchi Ice in India, Icy pole in New Zealand etc. But whatever the name may be it is all time favourite among all age groups. Popsicles are nothing but water-based frozen snack. It is very very easy to make, it is made by freezing fruit juices or flavoured liquid in a mold. Now that I had one big box of grapes, I made grapes popsicle for the kids and I am sharing it with you.

Here’s how to make Grape Juice Popsicle with step by step photos…

Ingredients

Grapes
2 cups
Sugar or honey [optional]
As needed [I did not add sugar]
Water
½ cup
Serves: 6

Method

Remove the grapes from the stem, wash them really well.

Blend the grapes in the mixer really well, add ½ cup of water and blend it again. Now strain the juice through the strainer.

Add sugar or honey as needed, I have not added sugar because the grapes were really sweet.

Pour the juice to the popsicle mold. Freeze it overnight.

Remove the popsicle mold from the freezer and keep it in water for about minute.

Carefully open the popsicle mold and enjoy the healthy and refreshing grapes popsicles.

Here’s Grapes Popsicle/Kuchi Ice…
