Hyderabadi Chicken 65 is a mouth-watering and delicious dish I tried in my friend’s house long time back. I made it several times at home, never got a chance to click some pics. Since the weather is getting cold, I made this scrumptious Hyderabadi chicken 65 for our snacks with a hot cup of tea. So I am sharing my friend’s Hyderabadi chicken 65 with you all. Also check out other interesting and mouthwatering Chicken Varuvals/Fry/Biryanis/Gravies etc hereMutton/goat Meat Recipes,Fish & Egg Recipes

Method
Clean and cut the chicken to bite size pieces. Wash them really well.
Mix all the ingredients mentioned for marinating really well. Add the chicken pieces and mix them well  with the masala and refrigerate for about one hour.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the marinated chicken in small batches and transfer it to a plate.

Heat about 2 tsp of oil in a kadai, add green chillies, curry leaves and saute for about 15 to 20 sec. Then add the yogurt/curd, food color and the the fried chicken pieces.

Keep mixing the chicken in yogurt until the chicken absorbs the entire yogurt and becomes dry.

Delicious and soft Hyderabadi Chicken 65 is ready to be enjoyed.
