Ingredients
Dates [Peyricham pazham]

8- 9 pitted and finely chopped
|
Milk
|
2 cups
|
Yogurt
|
½ cup
|
Banana
|
1
|
Vanilla extract
|
¼ tsp [optional]
|
Nutmeg
|
One pinch
|
Ice cubes
|
6-8
|
Method
Chop
the dates to small pieces.
Add the
dates, ½ cup of milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, nutmeg to the mixer and blend
them to fine paste.
Then
add the banana, rest of the milk, ice cubes and blend it well in the mixer
until thick and smooth.
Super
healthy and delicious Dates & Banana Smoothie is ready to be enjoyed. Pour it in a tall glass and enjoy your breakfast.
