Here’s how to make Banana Muffins with step by step photos…
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour
2 cups
Baking Powder

Baking Soda
½ tsp
Salt
¼ tsp
Egg
1 Beaten
Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp

Oil
4 Tbsp
Recipe Source: Cook Smart Baking [Weight Watchers]
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 20 -25 minutes
Serves: 10 - 12 muffins
Author: Priya Anandakumar

Method
Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together into a bowl.

In another bowl, beat together one egg, sugar, oil and bananas. [I added everything in the mixer and ground them together.]

Now add the banana mixture to the flour mixture and mix it really well.

Fill ¾ of the muffin tin with the batter and bake it in the oven for 20 -25 minutes.

Cool it on the rack for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Super delicious Banana muffin is ready to be enjoyed.

Suggestions:
The original recipe called for 5 tbsp of sugar, but I added only 4 Tbsp of sugar. If you want you can increase the amount of sugar.
The original recipe used corn oil for the muffins, but I used the sunflower oil.
If the batter is really very thick in consistency then you can adjust it by adding 2 or 3 tbsp of water.
