Today I
have come up with another healthy chapathi – Ragi & Wheat Flour Chapathi.
This is yet another easy, simple, quick and healthy chapathi for all age
groups. My kids love chapathi, so I always try to include some type of millets
along with the wheat flour, to make them more healthy and interesting. Let’s
all eat healthy and lead a healthy life. Check out my other Chapathi varieties here.

Method
Add the
wheat flour, ragi flour, salt to a wide bowl.
Add 2
tsp of oil and mix thoroughly.
Now add
milk and required amount of water to make soft dough. Make sure the dough is
not sticky. Cover
and rest the dough for about 10 minutes to make softer chapathis.
Divide
the dough into equal parts and roll them with rolling pin. Dust some extra
wheat flour while rolling the chapathi’s.
Heat
the tawa in medium flame and cook the rolled chapathi first one side and after
few seconds flip them to cook on the other side as well.
Spread
some oil along the sides of the roti and cook them evenly.
Delicious,
healthy and super soft Ragi & Wheat Flour Chapathi is ready to be enjoyed.
This
chapathi can be served with yogurt or any spicy gravy or sabzi of your choice.
I served them hot with Manathakkali Vatha Kuzhambu, this combo tasted heavenly.
