Pancakes

Method
In a
wide bowl, combine together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda
together [dry ingredients].
In
another bowl, whisk in the egg, milk, vanilla extract, melted butter and mix together [wet ingredients].
Now add
the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined to make
a batter.
Heat
the tawa or griddle, pour one ladle of batter and add butter along the edges
[or use few drops of oil or non stick
spray]. Cook evenly on both the sides.
Yummy
and delicious Chocolate Pancake is ready to be enjoyed.
Serve
it hot with a dollop of fresh cream or strawberry syrup.
Suggestions:
Adjust
the amount of milk to make the pancake batter, but the above measurement works
fine.
You can
add about 1-1 ½ tbsp. of grated chocolate to the batter for added taste.
