Method
Separate
the cauliflower florets. Put the cauliflower florets in hot water along with
salt to get rid of any worms for about 10 minutes. Drain the water from the
cauliflower florets and keep it aside.
Heat
oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Now add
onions, garlic cloves, green chillies and sauté really well.
Add the
cauliflower florets and sauté well for about 2 minutes.
Add garam masala powder and mix thoroughly. Pour about 1 ½ cups of water and let it boil for about 5 minutes and switch off the stove.
After
it cools, grind the cauliflower florets to a fine paste.
Now
pour the ground paste to the pan, add milk, salt and mix well and let it come
to one boil.
Add the
mixed herbs, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and mix well.
Switch
off the stove and serve the soup hot with toasted bread or chapatis.
Note:
Adjust
the amount of black pepper powder, red chilli flakes according to your taste.
