Method
Wash the mutton/goat meat thoroughly with water at least 3-4  times. Drain the water and keep it aside in a pressure cooker.

After the steam releases from the pressure cooker, open it drain the water [mutton cooked water] and save it in a separate bowl.

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed vessel, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, elachi and wait for nice aroma to arise.

Add curry leaves and fry for 30 secs or until it becomes crispy. Now add reserved water [mutton cooked water] and let it come to boil.

Add cumin powder, black pepper powder[2 tbsp], turmeric powder [1/8 tsp] and mix well. Let it come to boil.

Now add the finely chopped cilantro and when it comes to boil, add the cooked mutton and give a good stir. At this stage you can check the salt and adjust it accordingly.

Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes. All the water will evaporate and masala will totally infuse into the mutton and the oil with start to separate.

At this stage switch off the stove, add ½ tbsp. of black pepper powder and mix it well.
