Cooking time: 15 minutes

Method

Heat water in a deep pan and cook the baby corns along with little salt for 8-10 minutes or until it is soft. Drain the water completely from the baby corns. If the baby corn is little big then cut it into halves and keep it aside.

In a wide bowl add corn flour, maida, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, ginger & garlic paste, baking powder and salt.

Add little water and make a thick paste as shown in the photo.

Add the baby corn to the paste and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadai to fry the baby corns. When the oil is hot enough add the baby corn and fry them on medium flame.

Make sure you cook them evenly on all the sides. Drain the corns from oil and transfer it to a bowl.
