We all must have come across this healthy, light and refreshing Cucumber Lassi in all most all the North Indian restaurant menus. Lassi is an Indian yogurt drink with thick and creamy texture. Lassi can be made either sweet or savoury. Today I am going to share a savoury cucumber lassi, which is perfect body coolant and super refreshing. Here’s how to make Cucumber Lassi with step by step photos…
Ingredients
Cucumber
1 cup [chopped]
Plain Yogurt/Curd/Dahi
1 ½ cup
Green Chilli
½
Ginger
½ tsp chopped
Coriander Leaves
5 stalks
Mint Leaves
8-10
Salt
As needed
1 tsp

 Method
Peel and chop the cucumber. Chop green chillies and ginger. Wash the mint and coriander leaves.

Add cucumber, green chillies, ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt to the blender and grind it.


Add yogurt/curd and blend it for about a minute.


Pour it to the serving glass and sprinkle ½ tsp of cumin powder.


Serve this refreshing and healthy cucumber lassi immediately.


Suggestions:
If you do not have coriander and mint leaves, it is totally fine. You can skip those and make the lassi.
I have used cumin powder you can very well replace it with chaat masala and serve the lassi.
