Today, I am sharing a very easy, quick and a traditional Idicha Poondu Milagai Podi. This is my mom's recipe which I have been making for years. My mom makes this in ural/உரல் so it is called as idicha poondu milagai podi. This podi can be made in a jiffy and involves just three ingredients. Garlic Cloves

Method
Dry
Roast the dry red chillies in a pan. Allow it to cool.
Peel the garlic cloves and keep it aside.
Add
salt to dry red chillies and grind it well in a mixer.
Finally
add garlic cloves and run the mixer.
Tada!
Your Poondu Milagai Podi is ready. My mom makes this in ural/உரல் so it
is called as idicha poondu milagai podi.
You can store this milagai podi in a glass bottle or an air tight container and use it for about month, it does not get spoilt.
Though we make it with mixer, making it the traditional
way using உரல் gives the actual taste.

serve this Poondu Milagai Podi along with gingelly oil/ நல்லெண்ணெய் as
side dish for idlis and dosas.
