thirst quenchers and one best way to beat the heat. Musk Melons/Kirni Pazham is
rich in potassium and helps in regulating the blood pressure. They are super
rich in vitamin A , vitamin C and other nutrients. Musk melon is low in
calories, low in saturated fat and low in cholesterol and is extremely healthy n tasty. Here’s how to make Kirni Pazham Juice with step
by step photos…
Ingredients
Kirni
Pzham/Musk Melon

Sugar/Jaggery

¼ cup
[adjust to taste]

Water
|
As
needed
|
Ice
Cubes
|
Optional
|
Dry
Ginger Powder[Sukku]
|
¼ tsp
|
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3-4

Method
Wash the Kirni Pazham/Musk Melon thoroughly with
water.
Cut it into half and scoop out the seeds.
Now the scoop the fruit and add it to the
blender or juicer or mixer. [You can peel the skin and the cut the fruit into
cubes and then add it to blender].
Run the mixer/blender and blend the kirni pazham
really well. Now add either jaggery/sugar to the blender and grind everything well. Add required amount of water when blending.
Pour the Kirani Pazham Juice in to a tall glass,
add a dash of dry ginger powder, ice [optional] and serve it either cold or at
room temperature.
