Method

Break open the custard Apple and scoop out the pulp.

Add the pulp to the blender jar.

Add about ½ cup water and run the mixer in pulse mode once or twice  and switch it off. This is just to separate the seeds from the pulp. Make sure you do not break the seeds by running the mixer for longer time.

Add the mixture to the metal strainer and fish out all the seeds.

Add the pulp without the seeds back to the blender; add rest of the water, sugar and run the mixer until the juice is frothy.

Transfer the juice to a tall glass and enjoy the lovely juice.

Note:
Adjust the amount of sugar and water according to your taste.
Use only ripe custard apple to make the juice.
