in all the restaurant menus in and around Erode. This chicken fry is a very
easy made with very less number of ingredients and involves no grinding. Do try

I have used ginger and garlic paste, instead you can use 2 inches of ginger finely chopped and 10-12 garlic cloves finely chopped.
You can also add 2 tbsp of finely chopped coconut before adding the chicken.

Method
Heat 3 tbsp oil in aheavy bottomed kadai. Add dry
red chillies, curry leaves and fry for about a minute.
Now add chopped onions, green chillies and fry
really well until they turn to golden brown color.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and
sauté really well.
Now add cleaned and cut chicken to the kadai and
mix everything well. Saute the chicken well for another 2-3 minutes or until
the chicken has changed color.
Now add about 1 cup of water, cover and cook for
about 20 minutes. Stir in between to avoid it from burning.
When the water is completely evaporated and
chicken completely cooked, roast the chicken well. If needed add little oil
when frying the chicken.
