Method
Add ¼ cup of cardamom/elachi to a pan and dry roast on low flame.
Roast the elachi until it turn to light golden color and you will see white spots on the elachi. At this stage switch off the stove.
Let the cardamom/elachi cool down completely.
Add the roasted cardamom to the mixer and grind it to fine powder.
Once done, transfer it to a glass bottle and use it in preparation of Indian sweets.
