Method
Wash and cut the mangoes. Remove the flesh part of the mango and discard the seed.

Grind it to fine puree in a mixer without adding water.

Take 1 tbsp of custard powder in a bowl, add about 1 tbsp of milk to it.

Mix really well to make a runny paste. Make sure there are no lumps.

Heat rest of the milk for about 5-6 minutes or until it is well boiled.

Reduce the flame, add sugar and mix really well.

Slowly add the custard mixture to the simmering milk.

Cook on low flame until it becomes thick. Keep stirring continuously to avoid formation of lumps.

At one stage the custard will become thick.

At this stage add the mango pulp.

Mix really well and cook for about 2 minutes until everything is well combined. Do not cook for very long time or else it will start to split.

Switch off the stove. Slowly pour it into serving glasses or bowls.

Then, close it and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes or until it is to be served.

Sprinkle chopped almonds just before serving.

Yummy, luscious and delectable Mango Custard to ready to be enjoyed.

Suggestions:
Do not cook for very long time after adding the mango pulp.
The cutard should be cooked until it becomes thicks or else the custard will not set properly.
Garnishing is totally up to you, you can top it with tutti frutti, or chocolate shavings or any dry fruits [chopped].
