Rasam
plays a vital role in
South Indian Meals. We make several types of rasam like paruppu rasam, pepper
rasam, lemon rasam etc. Each rasam is unique and different in its own way. The
best part of consuming rasam every day is, it helps in digestion, builds
immunity and helps in fighting infections. I have already posted Tomato Rasam 1 and Tomato Rasam 2 earlier, this tomato rasam has a slight variation in the making of rasam powder
and also has no tamarind. Do try out this Tomato Rasam and post your comments
here. Meanwhile do check out other interesting, flavourful and aromatic RasamRecipes/Varieties here.
