Method
Layer
1:
Open the
packet of oreo and transfer it to a bowl.
Separate
the cream from the biscuits to a bowl as shown.
Add the
biscuits to the mixer and grind it to fine powder.
Add the
ground powder to a bowl, add 2 tbsp of melted butter and mix really well.
Spread
the biscuit mixture to glass bowl and flatten it with a spoon. I have used two
bowls as shown.
Layer
2:
Add 3
tbsp of corn flour to a bowl.
Add ¼ cup
of bowl and mix really well. Make sure there are no lumps and mixed thoroughly.
Heat 1
cup of milk in a sauce pan. Add 3 tbsp of sugar to the milk and mix really well
until the sugar completely dissolves.
Now add
the oreo cream to the milk and stir really well until completely mixed.
When
the milk comes to a boil, reduce the flame. Add the corn flour mixture and mix
continuously.
Mix
well until it thickens to a porridge consistency and then switch off the stove.
Roughly
break 4-5 oreo biscuits, add it to the milk mixture and mix really well.
Now
spread the milk mixture on top of first layer evenly with a spoon as a second
layer as shown in the picture.
Layer
3
Heat 1
tbsp of butter in a sauce pan.
Add one
cup of milk to the saucepan, add 3 tbsp of sugar and mix thoroughly until
completely dissolved.
Add 3
tbsp of cocoa powder to the milk.
Mix
really well so the cocoa powder is mixed thoroughly without any lumps.
Reduce
the flame, add 1 tbsp of corn flour to the mixture and stir really well until it forms a thick porridge consistency.
Now switch off the stove.
Now switch off the stove.
Add the
cocoa mixture to the bowls as third layer and spread evenly.
Arrange
pieces of broken oreo on top for garnishing. Now refrigerate the bowls for 2-3
hours.
Delicious
and super tempting Oreo Dessert Box is ready to be enjoyed.
