Method
Measure
all the ingredients and keep it ready.
Take a
wide bowl and sieve the powdered sugar to it.
Add the
cocoa powder to the sieve and sieve it to the same bowl.
Now add
milk powder to the sieve and sieve it to the same bowl.
Mix
everything really well, until well combined. Cocoa powder mixture is ready.
Now we are going to make the chocolate using “Double Boiler Method”. Choose two vessels, one sauce pan and one bowl. The bowl should exactly sit on the sauce pan and should not go completely inside it. The water will be heated in the sauce pan and the steam helps in making the chocolate in the bowl.
For
this, heat water in a sauce pan on low flame.
Choose
another bowl that will fit on top of the sauce pan. The bottom of this bowl
should not touch the water.
Add the
coconut oil to the bowl.
Slowly add the cocoa powder mixture to the coconut oil and keep stirring continuously. Add the vanilla essence along with it and stir well.
The consistency will change, everything will combine well and nice aroma will fill the room.
At this stage, switch off the stove.
Take
the chocolate mould and fill this mixture to the mould as shown.
Keep it
in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
After 2 hours.
Demould
and enjoy the chocolate. For demoulding, invert the mould over a plate and give a light tap.
Yummy
and tempting Homemade Chocolates are ready to be enjoyed.
