Chocolate Burfi/Chocolate Burfi with MilkPowder/Chocolate Milk Powder Burfi Recipe- Easy Diwali Sweet with step by step photos & Video

 Wishing you all a very Happy Diwali. Today, I am going to share a very quick and easy to make Chocolate Burfi that can be made in less than 10 minutes. If you are really running out of time, but still want to make some sweet that will be exotic, delicious and also put a great big smile on every ones face, then you must try this chocolate burfi. Here’s how to make Chocolate Burfi with step by step photos & Video

Ingredients

Ghee

¼ cup

Milk Powder

1 ¼ cup

Cocoa Powder

3 tbsp

Milk

¼ cup

Powdered Sugar

½ cup

Chopped Almonds

2 tsp for garnishing

Method

Grease a small bowl with ghee and keep it ready.

Heat a pan, add the ghee to it and let it melt.


Add the milk powder to the ghee.

Next add the cocoa powder and mix everything really well.

Keep mixing until everything is well combined and comes together.

Now add ¼ cup of milk and mix really well on low flame.

Keep stirring for about a minute or until it turns in to one big mass and cooked thoroughly.

At this stage add the powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.

Cook on low medium flame until the ghee starts to separate out. Now switch off the stove. Keep stirring continuously to avoid it from getting burnt.

Transfer this mix to the greased bowl and flatten it well with a spatula.

Garnish it with chopped almonds and keep it aside for about 1-2 hours. Let it cool down completely.

Cut the burfi to small square pieces and enjoy.

Delicious, quick and tempting Chocolate Burfi is ready to be enjoyed.
