Ingredients
Fish/Black Pomfret/Pomfret |
4 pieces |
Red Chilli Powder |
1 tsp [full tsp] |
Coriander Powder |
¾ tsp |
Turmeric Powder |
¼ tsp |
Lemon Juice |
From ½ lemon |
Salt |
As needed |
Gingelly Oil |
For frying |

Method
Clean
the fish pieces thoroughly 2-3 times. Add sea salt and wash thoroughly one last
time and drain the water.
Add red
chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice.
Add
water little by little and make a paste.
Apply
the masala paste on the fish pieces on all sides.
Heat 2 tsp of oil in a griddle/tawa, add the fish pieces and cook evenly on both sides.
Delicious and tempting Fish Fry is ready to be enjoyed.
