Cooking the Pasta

Heat about 4-5 cups of water in a sauce pan. Add 1 tsp of oil, required salt to the water.

Let the water come to rolling boil. At this stage add the Fusili Pasta[any pasta of your choice] to the water and stir really well.

Let the pasta cook for about 15 -20 minutes or cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

When the pasta is done, switch off the stove and drain the water. Rinse the pasta in cold running water. This will remove the excess starch and prevent it from further cooking.
