Mango
Pudding is a delightful and heavenly tasting pudding that can be made with very
few basic ingredients at home and ripe mangoes. This mango pudding is very easy,

Milk |
1 cup + ¼ cup |

Method
Wash
the mangoes thoroughly. Cut them to pieces.
Scoop
out the flesh part using a spoon and transfer it to a bowl.
Now the
mango pulp is ready.
Transfer
the mango pulp to the mixer jar.
Then
add ½ cup sugar, 1 cup milk and one pinch of salt.
Grind
everything to fine paste and keep it ready.
Mix
everything really well to make a slurry. Now the corn flour slurry is ready.
Transfer the ground mango puree to a sauce pan and heat it. Keep stirring; let it come to a boil.
At this
stage add the corn flour slurry and keep mixing really well.
The mango
mixture will start to thicken, now switch off the stove.
Pour
the mango mixture to glass bowls and let it cool down completely.
After they cool down, keep them in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.
Delectable,
tempting and tasty Mango Pudding is ready to be enjoyed.
