Biscuit Sablés is for the Home Baker’s Challenge. Last month I missed the xmas
bakes because I was on vacation. For this month we are exploring the French
Cuisine. I know I am late for the challenge, but then thought better late than

Shortbread biscuits are very famous and they just melt in out mouth because of
the butter. Like other short bread cookies they are really very easy and quick
