to girls when they attain puberty and throughout their teen age. Ullundhu Kanji
is a must during this time because it strengthens the pelvic bone of the young
girls and helps in strengthening the back and spinal cord. It is also an
excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals for pregnant women and old
people. This dish is totally amazing it involves key ingredients, Urad dal
which is loaded with proteins, Jaggery packed with Iron & Minerals, Coconut
high in manganese which is essential for bone healthy and metabolism, it is
rich in copper and iron which help form red blood cells and selenium an
