Chicken Xacuti - Goan Curry/Chicken Xacuti Recipe/How to make Chicken Xacuti with step by step photos
Chicken
Xacuti is a
unique and a famous curry prepared in Goa, India. It has wonderful blend of
fresh spices, cooked with coconut milk and tamarind water which results in spicy
and flavourful gravy. The actual recipe calls for Kashmiri chillies since I did
not get them, I have replaced it with dry red chillies. Though I have been to
Goa only once, but I have a special craving for Goan dishes. You can also check
my Chicken Vindaloo here. Also check out other interesting and mouthwatering Chicken Varuvals/Fry/Biryanis/Gravies etc
