Spinach Chapathi/Palak Chapathi/Green Chapathi/Spinach Chapathi Recipe with step by step photos

Here’s a very healthy chapathi made with spinach. It is always hard to get my daughter to eat the greens. Since she loves chapathis I try to make it with spinach or incorporate any other greens and give it to her. The only secret is whatever I make I should never reveal that it has healthy food hidden in it. But that doesn’t matter to me, unless and until they eat the food without wasting them. This spinach chapathi is a very flavourful, colourful and healthy chapathis which your kids will surely love. Meanwhile do check out other interesting and healthy Breakfast Recipes here.

Grape Juice - Easy Summer Drink

I mostly prefer to make fresh juice at home rather than juice from shops which has the preservatives or from concentrate. Grapes help in treating fatigue, indigestion, constipation, kidney disorders and prevent cataracts. This delectable fruit is rich in vitamins A, C, B6 and folate along with other essential minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorous, magnesium and selenium. Grapes contain very powerful antioxidants that help in slowing down ageing and reduce the damage caused by free radicals. So make sure to have grapes as such or in the form of juice to lead a healthy and active life.

Oma Podi/Plain Sev –Easy Diwali Snack

Oma podi/plain sev is always a must during Diwali in our house, the only reason being it is very easy. Oma podi has the unique flavour of omam(carom seeds) perfectly blended with besan flour and ghee to make a crispy snack. Not only for Diwali I make it quite often during school holidays, for tea time snacks and also for chaats. Oma Podi is very very addictive, once you start eating them you will not be able to stop yourself. Meanwhile, do check out other interesting Diwali Sweets and Diwali Snack varieties here.
