Today’s
special in my kitchen is Beetroot Halwa, is anything special? Yes, it is my
hubby’s star birthday. We all had a bowl of halwa and enjoyed it. Beetroot
Halwa is a very easy sweet which can be made with very less ingredients.
Beetroots
have “N” number of health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants and the high
fibre content helps fighting cholesterol and reducing them. Beetroots are full
of iron help in treating anaemia and fatigue. Studies have shown they reduce
the blood pressure and any risk associated with heart attack and strokes.
