A quick tip, before going into the recipe, crush a few seeds of ajwain tie it in a soft cloth and heat the bundle over a warm tawa. But the pasta e ceci had the anchovies fillets added to it, but I have made a vegetarian version of Pasta e Ceci and added a little bit of Indian spices for added kick.
