Egg
Salna is a very popular and common side dish served along with parottas,
chapathis, rotis, idiyappam etc in all most all the road side shops[kai yendhi
bhavans] and Parotta stalls in South India. Egg Salna can be made two ways,
either the eggs can be broken directly to the gravy or by adding the hard
boiled eggs. Here I am sharing the one I made with hard boiled eggs. Do try out
